Our extensive resource library is designed to support children from the very early stages of communication development (typically toddlers) up through early primary school age (around 8-9 years old). We have content covering first sounds, vocabulary building, sentence structure, social skills, and more, catering to various developmental milestones and common challenges faced by children in this age bracket. While the core principles are universal, the specific activities and examples are tailored to these age groups.
Yes, absolutely. We understand that needs can change. If you are on a monthly subscription plan (Starter or Premium), you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time through your secure account settings on the Little Voices platform. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Annual Educator plans are billed yearly and do not offer pro-rata refunds upon cancellation, but you can choose not to renew for the following year.
Definitely! While much of our content is designed for parents, we have specifically curated and created resources tailored for educators (teachers, early childhood educators, support staff). Our Educator plan includes resources covering classroom strategies, group activities to promote communication, consultation guides for supporting children with specific needs, and access to workshops focused on educational settings. Our aim is to provide practical tools to foster communication-rich environments in schools and centres.
Yes, absolutely. All the resources, videos, guides, and workshop content provided through the Little Voices Membership are created and curated by our team of highly qualified and certified speech pathologists. They are all registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and adhere to their strict ethical and professional standards. You can trust that the information and strategies you receive are evidence-based, accurate, and provided by genuine experts in the field of paediatric speech pathology.
The membership is designed to *complement* or provide *initial support* when face-to-face therapy isn't immediately accessible or feasible. It offers general strategies, foundational knowledge, and practical activities applicable to many common speech and language goals. It is not a substitute for a formal assessment and individualised therapy plan from a speech pathologist for a specific child's unique and complex needs. However, it empowers parents and educators with knowledge and tools to use *between* sessions or to get started on supporting development before formal therapy begins.
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, for processing membership subscriptions securely through our online payment gateway. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that payment methods like NDIS funding, Medicare rebates, or private health insurance are typically applicable to individual therapy sessions, not digital resource memberships, but please contact us if you have specific questions about funding eligibility.
